Who does Klára Cibulková from Polabí live with? A secret wedding without parents and a DAMU romance that lasted!

Actress Klára Cibulková recently appeared in the series Polabí, where she replaced Vilma Cibulková and forms a pair with Miroslav Etzler on the set. On screen, she plays a woman who deals with difficult relationship situations — but in real life, it's the exact opposite. Klára found love already during her studies and this romance surprisingly survived all the pitfalls of Czech show business.

Love from a boating course that grew into marriage

Cibulková and actor Tomáš Pavelka met at DAMU. Not on stage, but during a boating course where a spark so strong between them jumped that they both instantly knew they were "the one". And they kept the same romantic symbol forever — they spent their wedding night exactly where they first fell in love.

They even conceived the wedding in their own way. No opulent show for the cameras, no pomp. They got married in secret, without parents, without friends, without witnesses from the industry. Just them, the rings and the moment they wanted to enjoy without media attention.

Parents only found out about the wedding afterwards. And the reaction? Tears of emotion. "If you give us Klarka?" asked Pavelka with champagne and a bouquet in hand. And then he uttered a sentence that went down in family history:
"It's good because I already married her."

The family the doctors said would never have

Their first child, son Matyáš, was already born. Later, daughter Magda was born — and it was a small miracle for Cibulková. She had been battling severe scoliosis since childhood, and doctors repeatedly told her that pregnancy would not be possible for her.

But Klára is proof that willpower and discipline can work miracles. She exercises daily, lives according to a strict regime - and her family is the main motivation.

"I love my man as much as I did on the first day," the actress admitted with disarming honesty.

Cibulková rose to stardom as an actress thanks to the Ordinac v roszárden, Pavelka again thanks to the series Jedna familia. It is interesting that although they both play significant roles in the biggest TV series, they only talk about work at home.
