Dara Rollins' daughter is changing before our eyes. Laura grew up to be a beauty with modeling experience and also surprised with her musical talent

The daughter of the popular singer Dara Rollins, Laura Homolová, has literally blossomed in recent years. Not only is she becoming a striking beauty with modeling potential, but she also impressed with her musical talent at the recent announcement of the Czech Nightingale 2025 poll. Alongside her famous mother, she sang a duet that thrilled the audience.

Beginnings: the relationship between Dara Rolins and Matěj Homola

Dara Rolins is known by almost everyone in our country - she is one of the most prominent musical stars of the Czechoslovak scene. Back in 2005, she started forming a couple with the frontman of the band Wohnout, Matěj Homola. Three years later, their daughter Laura was born. But the happy family idyll did not last long. The singer finally publicly admitted that the relationship was going through a serious crisis.

Separation due to infidelity

The end of the relationship came at the end of 2010, when Laura was barely two years old. Homola turned out to be in a relationship with another woman and was even photographed with her. The singer then openly admitted that the situation broke her emotionally.

"I don't understand why he held my hand when he was already elsewhere. Why he spoke publicly about love and the desire for another child," she said sadly at the time. It was one of the most painful times in Dary's life.

They had to stay connected because of Laura

Although they parted in a tense atmosphere, both parents knew that they would stay connected forever because of little Laura. Gradually, they managed to straighten out their relationship and today they function as mature parents.

Homola recently mentioned to the media that he wishes his daughter was more like her mother than him. At the same time, he did not fail to praise Dara as a mother. "She is a great mom. I try to have a good relationship with Laura and when we are together, I devote myself to her fully," he said.

Laura is growing into a confident young woman

Laura is studying in the last year of the prestigious Park Lane English grammar school in Prague. Studying here costs around half a million a year, but it opens doors to foreign universities around the world. According to Dara, it was purely Laura's decision.

Laura is also modeling. She has an ideal figure, she is photogenic and she is so good at posing that she has already covered the cover of a magazine.

"She enjoys many things. She has no idea what path she will take yet, but we will support her in anything that makes sense," says Dara Rolins.

Musical talent that only those closest to her knew about

But the biggest surprise came from Český slavík 2025, where Laura sang publicly for the first time. Together with their mother, they performed in a touching duet, which earned enthusiastic reactions from the audience. Although she was a huge success, Laura admitted that she is so tied down by stage fright that she cannot imagine a career as a singer at all.

"I am a terrible stressor, that's why I will never be a singer," she said with a smile according to TN.cz.
