Actress Aneta Krejčíková is known to the audience mainly thanks to the series Ulice, but few people know that she has a sister Kateřina, who also tried to establish herself in the world of show business - specifically in the singing competition SuperStar. And even though she didn't reach the final then, she left a strong impression.

It is interesting that one of the judges at that time was Patricie Solaríková - an actress and at the same time a close friend of Aneta. She did not hide the fact that she supported Kateřina and publicly cheered for her. Although Kateřina managed several rounds of the competition, it was not enough to win. Behind the scenes, however, there were rumors of possible patronage due to a family connection.

Indispensable sisters

When the Krejčík sisters appeared together in public, they caused a surprise - they hardly resemble each other in appearance. While Aneta is fair-haired with blue eyes, Kateřina is dark-haired with distinctive features. Yet they are daughters of the same parents. Aneta herself commented on this with insight: "We are real sisters, only each of us resembles another parent more."

Rivalry in childhood, support in adulthood

However, things were not always idyllic between them in their childhood. At that time, Aneta felt in the shadow of her sister, who, thanks to dancing, also received more attention from her mother. Kateřina devoted herself to sports dancing at a competitive level and even became vice-champion of the republic. Aneta admitted that at that time she lacked more interest from her parents. Today, however, all old grievances have remained in the past and both fully support each other.

Looks aren't everything

Over time, Aneta became one of the most famous actresses of the young generation. She impressed not only with her talent, but also with her attractive appearance, which is why she was often labeled a "sex symbol". However, the actress herself had a hard time carrying this box for a long time and gradually learned to cope with it.

"There were times when comments about my appearance really destroyed me. Today I can rise above it. Motherhood mainly helped me - that's when I started to feel the best in my own skin," she confided in one of the interviews.

And what is Kateřina doing today?

Kateřina Krejčíková stayed with art - she currently works in the ensemble of the Karlín Music Theater, where she plays in the musical Rebels. He also devotes himself to choreography and prepares projects for smaller theater stages. Her dance experiences from childhood certainly did not go to waste.

Today, the sisters no longer compete with each other - on the contrary, they are close and motivate each other. Whether he or she is on stage, one supports and cheers for the other.
