Lucie Bílá continues to invest - Another property worth millions. Son Filip apparently has a new home

Singer Lucie Bílá is known not only for her unique voice and the record number of Slavíks won, but also for her extremely successful approach to finances. What she earns does not stay in the account – Bílá has long been one of the Czech celebrities who actively and systematically invest in real estate. And just this year another piece was added to her property: an apartment in Prague's Nuslí, the purchase price of which, according to cadastre data, is around 18 million crowns.

Real estate as security and strategy

Under her civil name Hana Zaňáková, the singer already owns several buildings:

• - a family residence in Otvovice
• -two smaller apartments in the same village

-a long-term luxury apartment in the center of Prague

-property in Vršovice

-a house in Veltrusy and a cottage in Líšné

In addition, she also runs her own theatre projects, which are connected to her cultural and business activities.

Her portfolio is really diverse and above all - built on long-term value.

New apartment probably for Filip's son

The newly purchased apartment is located in a location near the theaters Na Jezerce and Fidlovačka. In the same building, Bílá has previously acquired non-residential premises, which apparently serve as office facilities.

But what is important - the name Kratochvíl now appears on the doorbells, i.e. the surname of the singer's son Filip.

Filip Bílý Kratochvíl (30) settled down again in the Czech Republic after studying in France, where he works in his theater mother's. Everything points to the fact that the famous mother provided him with his own space and a stable base.

How much does he actually own?

Today, the estimate of Lucie Bílá's real estate portfolio is well over one hundred million crowns.
According to a real estate expert contacted by the editors, however, the real value may exceed 150 million crowns, and potentially more - it depends on the exact layout and equipment of individual objects.

The singer is thus building an extensive family background that can one day be taken over by the younger generation without any problems.

Investment as a life philosophy

Lucie Bílá has said many times that her goal is to work, help, create and provide for her loved ones. And while some famous people spend their earnings on cars or vacations, she builds, repairs, improves and invests.

And although there is often speculation about her privacy, one thing is clear:
values, family and work still come first for her.
