Where does Jakub Prachař live today? Due to finances, he changed his address, Sandeva revealed the new home

The actor Jakub Prachař has had several moves, which were often connected not only with partner relationships, but also with money. While he spent his childhood with his mother in the countryside, today he lives in Prague with a new partner and may be working again for another change.

From Batulková's farmhouse to Hanychová's house

Pračár grew up mainly with his mother, Dana Batulková, in Koloděj. But he exchanged the peace of the countryside for the city after he married model Agáta Hanychová. They built a house together in Prague 6, which, however, became one of the main points of contention after the divorce.

The land belonged to Agatha before the wedding, but the building itself was built during the marriage. The result was a long settlement scramble that left the family deep in their pockets. Hanychová later openly admitted that she paid for the house practically twice and pledged to stay in it until their daughter Mia grows up.

Return to mother and new love

After the divorce, Jakub went back to his mother for a while. But that changed when actress Sara Sandeva entered his life. Living together did not take long and the couple settled in Dejvice, where the family bistro of Sandeva's parents is also located.

It was Sara who inadvertently took care of revealing their address at the time when she was talking about housing on a TV show. She herself later admitted that she regretted it because she guards her privacy. But Jakub took it in stride and said no problems arose.

Sale of an apartment and another move

Recently, Prachar admitted that he had to sell the apartment. Reason? Big investment in the film Dream Team, where he took on the role of producer. Finances went into the project and the home was changing again.

The couple currently lives in Smíchov, specifically in Holečkova Street. The actor also talked about the new address in an interview with Leoš Mareš, who also once lived in this part of Prague. While Mareš already lives in a luxury apartment in Břevnov, Prachař is not worried about the changes.

Smíchov only temporarily?

According to the information that was heard in Agáta Hanychová's podcast, Jakub is allegedly building a house. Where exactly remains a mystery. But what is certain is that things are not bad financially - in the past there was talk of winning the lottery and investing in foreign real estate.

Prachar himself comments on it typically in his own way. He claims that his lifestyle has not changed in any way, he still uses public transport, eats ordinary food and does not indulge in luxury.

But one thing is certain: Jakub Prachar's addresses change, so do the women by his side - only Prague remains.
