Actress Jaroslava Obermaierová remains active on stage and in front of the camera even in her old age. The reason is not only the love of acting, but also the effort to financially secure her Jaroslav, who lives on a disability pension and needs her support.

Education and responsibility alone

Jaroslava Obermaierová raised her only child alone. The relationship with his father ended soon after the birth due to his problems with alcohol. Since then, they have remained mum and strongly bonded. And although Jaroslav is already an adult, he continues to live with his mother and relies on her both psychologically and financially.

The actress has never hidden the fact that she is worried about her. He is suffering from a combination of physical and psychological difficulties, due to which he is unable to work normally. According to her, she struggles with depression, especially of a seasonal nature. "When it's ugly outside, it's usually bad," she said in an earlier interview.

Property security and investments

In order to secure her son for the future, the actress decided to transfer the family cottage to him. At the same time, she invested in an apartment, which is supposed to serve as another form of security. With this goal in mind, she still accepts job offers, even though she could take a well-deserved rest.

"An actor can play comfortably until he is ninety - and I'm lucky that I enjoy my work and I'm still doing well," she said in an interview with insight.

Hope for the future

Although Jaroslav is an adult, Obermaier would like him to find a partner one day and build his own background. He believes that a stable relationship could help him not only psychologically, but also practically. She noted with humor that she might then be able to take a break from everyday cooking.

The actress often takes her son to social events - even with the hope that he might meet her there. And while she takes care of his present and future, she hopes that one day she will be able to pass on the responsibility with a calm heart.
