How Lucie Bílá lives: A cottage in Bohemian Paradise and a modern mansion worth tens of millions

Bílá is one of our most successful singers - and also among those who know how to invest their earned money well. One of her favorite joys is real estate, so it's no wonder that in addition to a luxurious family home, she also owns a magical cottage in Bohemian Paradise.

A cottage with a stove and a view of nature

The picturesque building in the village of Líšný near Malé Skály has a special value for the singer - she bought it years ago from her former partner Petr Kratochvíl, the father of her Filip. The price was never published, but given the location, it can be assumed that it was in the millions.

The dominant feature of the interior is the open living area connected to the kitchen and dining room. In the middle of the room there is a fully functional stove, on which she likes to sleep in the winter. "That's where I have the most beautiful dreams," she revealed. The atmosphere of the old Bohemian countryside is underlined by original wooden floors, painted wardrobes, checkered curtains and a stylish bedspread on the daybed.

The cottage stands on a hill and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside. But it's not just a place to relax - Bílá makes rosaries and little angels here, the sale of which finances the purchase of aids for people with disabilities or in difficult life situations.

A modern "eagle's nest" in Otvovice

The singer spends most of the year with her partner Radek Filipi in her hometown of Otvovice. There she had a modern house built, which cost her around 40 million crowns. Thanks to the large terrace with seating, it has a wonderful view of the countryside and the interior is furnished in a way that is both cozy and practical.

The house also has a secret room where the singer keeps her musical prizes. "I don't want people to think I'm bragging about it," she explained. Filip sometimes takes her to the "treasure" when she needs to remind her mother of how much she has accomplished.

The living room is dominated by a spacious sofa surrounded by shelves with photos and decorations. The bedroom is elegant, but according to Lucia, it has one weakness – the lack of storage space. "I already have costumes in all the closets, I even took the wall one," laughs the singer.
