Daniela Brzobohatá: She cannot imagine life without love and children. They are not opposed to adoption

The presenter and journalist (née Písařovicová) waited a long time for the fateful . When she met the musician Ondřej Brzobohatý, it was immediately clear that a spark flew between them. They got married after a short courtship, and many fans at the time expected that they would have babies soon. So far, however, their joint journey to parenthood has taken on a different pace.

Romantic engagement and wedding in Italy

The engagement took place more than two years ago during a holiday in the Maldives. "I violate the principle of not sharing privacy, but this time I will make an exception - I want to share the joy of happiness," Ondřej wrote on social networks at the time, although otherwise he carefully protects his privacy.

A few months later, the couple got married. The wedding was chamber and romantic, it took place by the Italian Lake Lago di Garda in the presence of family and closest friends. The atmosphere was informal, full of laughter, love and Italian flavors - instead of the traditional tenderloin, risotto and home-made pasta were served.

"Daniela rushed to the wedding while gravity still allowed her," joked Ondřej in an interview for iDnes, with his own exaggeration.

Everyone with a different life story

For Daniela, it was the first wedding, but Ondřej faced the altar for the third time. His first wife was producer Johana Indráková, the second model and Miss World Taťána Kuchařová. But he has no children from either of them.

Last year, Ondřej let it be known that he and Daniela were thinking about a family. "I'd be crazy not to want to have a child with a woman like that," he said at the time. The musician has fond memories thanks to his relationship with his father, the legendary actor Radek Brzobohatý. "I always wished that I could one day pass on what my dad gave me to my children," he said.

Desire for a child and openness to adoption

Daniela also never hid that she wanted a family. In one of the interviews for Czech Radio in 2021, she said that she cannot imagine life without love and children.

However, time is running inexorably – she will celebrate her forty-seventh birthday in December, and therefore she herself admits that the question of motherhood is becoming more and more urgent for her. "Adoption is not a taboo for me, but it requires a lot of courage and confidence that one can handle it. I also know stories that did not end happily, so it is necessary to approach it with caution," said Daniela at the launch of the book Businessmen with children.

What will be their next step?

Whether the Brzobohats try for a baby naturally or consider other options, they keep to themselves. However, fans perceive the couple as one of the most stable in the world of Czech show business. Both seem balanced, support each other and make no secret of the fact that their marriage is primarily based on respect and friendship.

Whatever path they decide to take, one thing is certain — Daniela and Ondřej would be loving parents. And maybe their big dream of a family will come true soon.
